"It’s a clean and comfortable room. However the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the noise in the neighboring room and especially the water and sink usage next doors. "

"I booked one night to run the Ventura marathon. I left the room at 4am and my plan was to be back by 10am to shower and do check out. At 4am, I spent 5 minutes pressing the buzz to explain it to the employee in charge. NOBODY came to the window (main door was locked, I assume because of the time) I left a note on a piece of paper explaining my intention to come back along with the keys. I Decided not to come back after I didn't feel helped."
